Not to long ago I had posted on here about how I went from Capital One with a $500 limit to an Amex Platinum. If you would like to read about it you can find it here.
Anyways, after reading a few posts on here I called the higher ups there. I have asked for CLI before just by calling the reg 800 numb er and got nothing. When i called the first thing I told them was I had been approved and got my American Express Platinum card and had no intention on using my Capital One card again unless it had a higher limit. They then asked me what I would like my CLI to be I thought well this is my chance so I said $10,000 knowing I would never get it and maybe they would just give something. She said I would hear back in about a week. Well just today I logged into my account it's been 6 days from when I called and this is what I see.
Question? Can they see in any way that I did get an American Express card and was not just saying that and I was not kidding about just not using the card anymore? Could that be the main reason they gave me the CLI?

I'm so excited about this I really can't believe it.
