Is the green a full MR points
Yes. Only the Zync uses the limited MR system.
My friend was showing me how he redeems points on his Capital One Venture and it seems similar. I am not sure what the conversion ends up being but dare I say 1 point= 1 cent??

Capital One does 1 point to 1 cent conversion ratio.
AMEX does 2 points to 1 cent conversion ratio.

AMEX blue uses the express program as well.

Amex has redemption options that are 1 point to 1 cent if you are getting gift cards for specific merchants as opposed to cash equivalents.

Boy I was way off
Ya that would be great, LOL i earn like close to 6k points per cycle.
I never read the conversaion but Im sure by the end of the year I will have like 60k points. At 0.6% conversion that's $360 after spending $60K on the card...seriously???
This is only accurate if you are only using your card in non-bonus categories and you received no sign up bonus points (or you already used them). That very well may be the case, but if you are using your card in bonus categories, you'd have substantially less than $60K in spend for those 60K points. For example, I typically earn 75K+ points on my Amex PRG for spending $30K due to the 15K annual bonus and 3x points for airfare and 2x for gas and groceries.
This credit option is not just for MRE points, it's available for their regular MR points as well. I noticed that link a couple of weeks ago when i logged into my account. It gave me the option to use points to pay for a specific transaction was was approx $35. The kicker was that it would cost me OVER 5k points. I just shook my head in disbelief, laughed, and moved on to a different section of the Amex site.
