Merrick Bank-If I get one more offer

I swear I am supposed to be in gardening mode but its like the credit card Gods know. Today I opened up a preapproved offer from merric bank. Nothing special. Guaranteed $900 limit and after 7 on time payments it will automatically increase to $1800. No fees. Interest rate is 21.45% I swear I am trying to be good I really am but I need to stop being tempted. Merrick Bank is the one that backs Hooters cc isn't it? Aren't they really good about increases?
