I just received the card with 5k CL, but it shows up on my BOA account Plat plus. been told they are same benefits
I play a bit, I tried to purchase an item online but I put a different shipping address other than billing address. It won't let me get through payment process. It was saying "we're unable validating your credit card".
I called Merrill + CS to ask what's wrong with my account? they (then let their supervisor handle my case) informed me nothing on hold or error on my acct, tried again I realized it has to be the same billing and shipping address in order to get through the placing order online. This is my first time experience with this card.
beside that, their supervisor even ask my passport # during the call, is that weird?
