Even though I still don't think I am in PrimeVille, I was hoping to get some opinions.
I went on a miniature app spree and for once, it was actually fruitful.
I app'ed for the Amazon.com store card and instantly approved for $900, I called GE directly and asked them to increase it! Suprisingly, they did, $1,500.
I called up Chase and requsted a CL on my Freedom. Asked them for an additional 2K, denied. Spoke with an analyst and BAM! Approved, now standing at $6.5K (Third increase in under a year; 2K initial limit, 500 auto, 2K newest request)
Finally, I app'ed for the Discover IT. I have been wanting to get in with Discover for ages and I didn't hold my breath on an approval. Suprisingly, they offered me a counter offer. 3.99% for 6 months than 22.99. Did anyone get a counter offer from Discover? What was the limit? I still don't know mine.
Here is a little background on my profile:
Closed Cap1 Secured 1/2013 (Opened 1/2011)

You have now your foot in the door with the Discover family, which is commendable. Initial limits can be anywhere from $500 to $1K (depending on the credit decision). You can always contact Discover to find out your initial credit limit. Treat all your new fruitful accomplishments with great discipline. For now gardening is your best strategy for future growth considering the number of inquiries and new credit.
An item to keep in mind with Discover, accounts can be elegible for a CLI after 6 months or so (SP or HP depending on account elegibility). After 12 months of card membership you can request your account to be reviewed for a lower APR.

Congrats on the results of your "mini", pretty darned good results! Let it garden for a while and see where you go from here.
ONWARD AND UPWARD !!
Thanks guys! I am so happy that I am finally in with Discover. Also, I did call yesterday, they gave me a 1K limit. But hey, I'm not complaining, I'd take what I can get from them at this point. Out of my 13ish inquries during the last year, 5 of them belong to them. xD
severine, people say that all the time about Chase. They have treated me very well. Two cards from them and a growing Freedom card.
Very Nice!!! Congrats!!!!

GREAT attitude! Having a Discover with a $1k limit is better than not having a Discover at all but wanting it! It WILL grow.
ONWARD AND UPWARD !
Congrats!
Good going!
The Freedom, Amzn, and Discover are excellent TLs. Those 3 definitely makes the spree worthwhile, especially since they're no fee cards that you'll never have to contemplate cancelling.
