I have heard 12 months as the minimum period of time between receiving Penfed pre-approvals. Does anyone know if this is based on when the pre-approval offer was accepted, or is it based on when it was offered?
To the best of my memory, my last pre-approval with Penfed was in April of last year. I am hopeful for a new set of pre-approvals this April, however, if they base it on 12 months from pre-approval acceptance, I am wondering if it automatically precludes me from receiving any pre-approvals in Q2 this year, and if I must wait until Q3.
