Moving to Canada for 3 years - Best Strategy for US Credit Cards?

My Profile - Fico score of 750+

Total Credit Available - 100k+

Current Credit Usage - $2000 across all cards (I don't carry a balance)

Cards - Amex Plat (No fixed limit), Amex Blue Cash ($35k), BoA Visa (20k), Discover (27k), Citi Thank You Premier (10k), Chase (22k across Freedom and Slate), FNBO (10k)

So as you can tell, I have a strong credit profile, and am eligible for most cards. However, I'm moving to Canada for a few years and won't have US residency/address (I'm not a US citizen). After 3 years, I may move back to the US, so I don't want to lose my credit score and cards.

I know I can transfer my American Express Platinum to Canada, but what about the other cards? Are there other international cards I should apply for while I'm here (I'm leaving in Oct, still have time), that I can take with me?

Anything else I should be aware of?
