My Amex Blue Cash Has Been Comprised!!!!

I logged into Amex online to check the balance and I found there was $1 pending charge for PayPal.  I immediately called Amex to report stolen. They told me someone tried to used my card online at 4 P.M. I didn't make any purchase yesterday and I left my card at home. They have it a new card overnight to me via FedEX. By the way, I still have the card on hand. Check your all Amex card and make sure nobody used your card.

Someone tried to used my Blue last year and they sent me email to call them.

Do you have the card in your PayPal account? If so it could just be PayPal checking to make sure your card is valid.

I only have PayPal MC tied to my PayPal. I never used any other credit card for PayPal purchase. They told me $1 authorization to see if your card was valid to use. Last year, they hit my Blue ( same account) to buy airline ticket. I still have that email:

09/03/10 3,558.90 TURKISH AIRLINES - INTERNET US

By the way, both time I have the card in my possession.
