I thought Citi had the Bestbuy card as a Mastercards? I thought that with Citi seemingly moving all their products besides the Hilton, and Costco card Citi has been using Mastercard. Plus I thought the criteria to be upgraded was pretty umm lets say strict and considering I never really used the card really found it weird they would even bother upgrading it. Nice though I guess with the exception of the 28% APR lol. I am a Bestbuy Elite member so its a nice card since i shop there a lot.
