Since you have gotten nice card limits recently IMHO I would garden now and see if some of your lower limit cards do auto CLI's when they review your accounts and see the other limits to try and get your business back
Yeah this is exactly what I should do. But I just got off the phone with CITI, and my 18-month secured CC contract is about to end next month, and they're gonna offer me a card after that. I don't know if it's gonna be a HP or not.
EDIT: Any advice on what I should do?

One more HP won't hurt for a CLI so I would go for it since you have history with them already then head over to the garden for 6 months to age and grow the cards you have. I think your making a good choice in gardening and hope to see you join our merry bunch
