My GE/Walmart card stands at 10,500

couple days ago, i called GE Underwriting and got my limit increased from $5500 to $10,500. Love GE!

But now that i got this limit, when do i expect to be upgraded to discover.

I got my walmart in february this year.

Also, the last time i used my walmart card at SAMS, they soft pulled me immediately.

Congrats on the wonderful increase i recieved my upgrade offer for the walmart discover in october i recieved my card 2 days ago and i have been with them for exactly 3 years. They took forever with my upgrade but I am thankful I love GE.

I just checked my transunion Report. SAMS softed me AGAIN. This happens everytime i swipe my walmart card at SAMS. Hopefully, i get an offer this time.

The posts I have read about the WD upgrade (here and elsewhere) have indicated it takes at least 12 months before it's even considered. After that, YMMV.

It appears the average is more like 24 months.
