Closing the crappy rebuilder cards always feels good! They serve their purpose though and without them rebuilding would be much harder.
Congratulations! Feels great to say goodbye to the subprime cards, doesn't it? Even though they serve a purpose, it's wonderful to move on to greener pastures. Enjoy your new Discover!
Thanks everyone! It really does feel great!! I'm pretty proud of myself...I've come along way.

Congrats on closing out the sub-primes!
And a bigger congrats to prime-ville!!!! Woohooo!!!
I did my close out this month with Creditone as well and boy did I get a kick out of that. I felt that I had finally arrived .
Congrats and enjoy the new card. I did the same on my first and last premier.lol
I got my first Discover card in the mail yesterday. It's a WalMart Discover card I fondly refer to as a WMD but with the $800 CL it's a WMD in name only.

Sorry, but the Walmart Discover card does not count as a real Discover card. The Walmart Discover card operates on the Discover network and backed by GE. Only Discover cards issued directly from Discover Financial Services are considered as "real" Discover cards.
