Yeah, I hit the CLI button on my Capital One Platinum and got a CLI to $2500 on that, so that's another plus and honestly, is a reason to keep that card around for now.
You'll probably pay 3% in balance transfer fees, but its honestly worth it just to get the balances off of the high interest rate cards. Then, you can close down the ones with annual fees or crappy rewards that are going to be swallowed by your Citi DC and other cards.
