Does this have a "pop-up" like some Comenity cards?

I ask because I went through to book a hotel for Dragon Con in Atlanta, and not a true pop-up but something for me to apply.  Odd thing it doesn't say pre-approved or pre-qualified or whatever but it has the wording to opt-out, gives me the "no thanks" or "I accept" button.  So now I am curious LOL.

Well I do have the Sportsmans Guide Visa (SG Rewards card with 8k limit) but it's my only one. I may just have to apply for the Orbitz though, it's calling my name

Knowing my luck they will pull EX and I'll get declined or end up with a 200 limit due to my excessive EX INQs....
