Let's put it another way
You are correct with all of the other factors….
But the fact remains, there is a difference between “getting credit” and getting higher credit lines.
In other words, if you follow what FICO says in that regard, or not, you may get a card with a $495 annual fee because you think you have the score to obtain it
Come to find out you are right, but the credit line is only $500.00. It happens all the time. My point is to get the same card as mentioned with a higher limit.
If you follow what the FICO averages are, and meet them, it works….. That's all I am saying here
APRS are based solely on scores, getting credit or limits are not. That is based on debt, income and payment history.
