Not only yours its gone for everyone. Also its almost dry for BestBuy in all portals. The max you can get is a 2%.

Oh? I didn't know.... I thought it was 1.25 topvashback, but I didn't know there's another side gives 2%
ShopAtHome gives 2% and BeFrugal gives 1.5% which are better than TopCashBack.
If you value miles at a higher value than the cashback you get 1 mile/pt through any of the three shopping portals AAAdvantage, United Mileage and Chase Shopping Portal which I believe is better than 1.5% according to me.
I always thought the best buy on Discover Deals was the worst anyways because of the very restrictive language.
The 5% cashback excluded so many items......laptops! desktops! tablets. I never used it once even though I but stuff at BB all the time.
if you like miles AA portal often has BB at 3 miles/$ which is the best I've seen as of late.

I have bought macbook in BestBuy and got the 5% through ShopDiscover. Also the iPads.
AA portal gives 3 miles? I checked up just now and it shows 1 mile only.
