My first Wal Mart CLI denial

Use it, and carry a small balance on it for month or two. I think once a statement cuts a few times the CLI's start rolling in every 3-4 months when you hit the luv button. If you stop using the card though, you won't get anymore CLI's. At least that's how it worked for me on my WalMart card.
