My first preapproval came in today's mail!

Finally! I was starting to think I would never get any preapprovals. The only ones that ever hit our mailbox are for my boyfriend and the previous tenant who lived here. But today there was one for me! Citi Diamond Preferred, 0% apr for 12 months and 18.99% after that. Not anything I'm interested in, but still nice to see in the mail.

I got my first today also, well 2,  but they were from GE. I didn't know that GE sent pre-approvals. Anyone heard of this?

Offers from Belk and Lowes.

Currently "freezing" in the garden!

It is comforting to know that you meet the minimum requirements, even if you don't want the card.  You will probably start to receive others.  Pick the one(s) that best meet your needs. Congrats!

I got one of those when I was in subprime territory. Me personally i dont put too much stock in their offers.

LOL!!! hilarious! On a side note guys, just a question regarding preapprovals from prime lenders, now that i got in with AMEX and Citi, will they eventually be sending me preapprovals, preselected or invitation letters in the mail down the road? Not that i plan to apply for anything else soon but just curious.
