I had this card for many years but it hurts looking at the CL. I only used it a long time ago because of the low CL and I didnt want my utilization to be over 50% on this card.
Should I close it?

Its from 2006 I get mad just looking at the card.
My next newest would be 2008, one on 2011 and many others 2012-2014.

Have you tried for a CLI?
I just closed out an account from 2007 and that dropped my score a little.
It's not costing you anything and it's your oldest card. I say keep it.
Since there's no AF, I'd just SD it and use it to buy a 15 cent amazon gift card for yourself every 6 months just to keep it open for the account age.
I would close it as Sears will be out of business by this time next year anyway
I had no idea, i just had to look that up.
Still i would SD the card and let it be closed by the company.
