It was fine in the first couple of days when I open, then until now I am not able to access my acct. So I decided to call. The lady told me that my acct is closed and she doesn't know the reason why, then she asked me to hold on, let she speak to one of her manager to find out what's going on. she is back after a few minutes later. She said her manager closes my acct because my info that used to open acct can not verify, and what info is unverified can not disclose to me either. I did ask what is the reason so I can try to fix it to keep my acct opened, but she said she can't give it out. Then I ask, can I reapply in future? she let me know that they had the system in place to keeps track of the same info trys to open acct again and again.
so my question is now, once your acct closed by their end, you can not apply ever again is that true?
please give me some hope, thank you
Sorry never heard of this before ...did you apply online?
Sorry to hear about this I have a sdfcu account also no issues yet, do you live in a state that is close to this credit union, if you really need to be a member of this credit union maybe you will get better answers to what is going on in person at the credit union, hopefully someone will chime in with a better outcome to your situation. Hope it goes well in the end.....

Here's why I asked maybe you entered something wrong and that caused the problem. So apply by phone tell them what happened to your account and they can make sure all the info is correct...sounds to me like a fraud alert hit your account ....could be address anything
Good luck
EDIT and to protect you they will not give out info on phone....so that's why they didn't tell you over the phone
they told me that I can not apply ever again
is that true?

Sorry I don't know the answer to that
I'm sure you will be receiving some type of mail that may answer all your questions. Good luck i'm hoping for the best
That entire scenario seems a little off. If they cannot verify something, why not ask you about it. And to tell you they cannot tell you what is unverifiable is even more ludicrous.
And to say you can never open another account.
