Am excited to have just received my new card and want to take advantage of the 6 mos 0% BT offer.
Hoping someone who has done BT w/Nationwide can share the experience.
Will Nationwide let you BT to checking like Citi or do they require pyt go directly to CCC?
Is there a limit to # of cards you can BT?
How long did it take for payments to go through?
I'm trying to map out my strategy so would be grateful if someone would chime in!!!!
They require the payment to go directly to place
They cut a check and send it- so it takes 15-30 days.
You have to call them to do it- only way- no online option or checks
Thanks for the fast response!
Do you know if they limit the number of cards you can BT? Other offers I've had in past from other cards have said "up to 4 accounts", etc.
I'd ideally like to move balances from 6 cards and not sure if that's possible with them.
I usually pay all my cards on line, so I'll have to look up the mailing addresses since they send them checks.
Does Nationwide charge per balance transfer? I received an invitiation a few months ago from my Barclay's BJ's MasterCard stating a BT offer so I transferred one of my cards and lo and behold I was charged a $40 transfer fee which was not notated anywhere on the BT offer letter! They are so sneaky!
I dont know about a limit of balances you could transfer
I only did 2
It was a 3% balance transfer fee

Spke w/CSR today and was advised no limit to # of cards you can transfer.
Just as you had advised, she said can take up to 30 days.
Did your 2 take that long?
