We made an offer on a house and it was accepted. The only thing standing in front of our loan is an 8-month-old 30-day late payment from Capital One. In order to get this mortgage I MUST convince Cap.1 to remove the late. I sent a GW letter a few days ago but I need things to move fast....ANY advice would be so greatly appreciated. I will pull out my hair if this causes us to lose this house!!
