Does anyone know whether it's possible to still PC TO a Dividend card?  I wouldn't mind switching over for a bit if it means I can call to drop my APR on my TY Preferred card.

That's an excellent rate! Mine came with an intro APR of 13.99% 4 years ago and I haven't asked for a reduction... Did you call them up or chat online? I'm thinking maybe I should give this a shot lol

Congrats! Mine started out at 19.99% nearly 4 years ago and Citi still hasn't lowered it. When I call or live chat they tell me I have no lower APR offers available Was this on a new card or did you ask for a reduction?
