NFCU APR question

I was approved for a visa cash rewards last week and my approval (which I printed) says my APR will be prime plus will be 10.4, but now I log in to my account and it says "

Interest Paid YTD 

(APR: 14.65 %)"...does that mean they gave me 14.65 instead?

It means your APR is prime +10.4 whatever prime is-  you have to add that to your 10.4 for your APR
