I did a BT with Navy last month, also did a post on it. It took over 3 weeks bc the zip code was incorrect. This was confirmed after sending a SM. As the forum suggested, I waited. Paid the minimum on the other card & the payment eventually found its way.
Normal transfer times take under a week.
