NFCU CC users .. 0% BT offers

Got same post card today. A family member was waiting for one of this offers to apply for credit card with them. I wonder if they'll make this available to new applications as well.

Wow that's weird!!!! No where on their site does it mention this offer, and when you search for the keyword, nothing comes up closely that matches anything about that promotion!

Wonder if my postcard got lost!
