NFCU Cash Rewards Upgrade to Visa Signature

I received a letter from NFCU advising that my Cash Rewards Visa will be upgraded to Signature and my new card will arrive within 2 weeks. 

Did anyone else receive this?

How exciting.

Starting Score: 639 (Walmart TU)
Current Score: TU 688 (myFICO) EX 679 (Credit Sesame) EQ 660 (myFICO)
Goal Score: 700 Across the Board (Mortgage Goal Achieved 1/31/2012!)

I have a cash rewards card with 22k limit.  Please keep me posted as to how the new Visa Sig reports on your Credit Report. 

 

Also, how long have you had the card?  What is current limit?  How long have you been at that limit...?

LOL. It's cool.

I've had the card since February of this year. It was my first NFCU credit card. 

My limit is $5K and it's been that since the start.

 

The letter says that all the rewards benefits and account information stays the same but now it will have Visa Signature benefits.

 

I also have the Flagship Visa Signature card with them.

Hmm ive had mine since march. If it requires a 6 month wait then I'm hoping I get the offer for a signature card in September. That would be cool :smileyhappy: ive never had one before

I wonder if the signature reports the CL. That would be the only thing that wouldnt be good if they didnt report
