Re: NFCU CashRewards not visa signature?

My CashRewards Visa was originally not Signature, due to a credit line below $5k.

Once your credit line is $5k or more, NFCU member care representatives can process an upgrade to Signature with no additional inquiry.

Re: NFCU CashRewards not visa signature?

As CreditUnionFan said they'll convert it once it hits the 5k threshold. There's also no waiting period. For example I have a Chase Freedom that started at 3k and got an auto CLI to 4k. If I were to move 1k from my AARP or Marriott, Chase wouldn't convert it automatically. From what I read with Chase the account needs to be open a year before they'll convert a regular Visa to a Visa Signature.

NFCU has no waiting period. When I PCed my goRewards Visa after a CLI to 10k to the Flagship card, the account was only 4-5 months old Smiley Happy
