I was informed by NFCU rep that my chip card had been sent out 4 days ago when I was on the phone with him on Sunday.
I should be receiving it in few days.

not true..I called tonight and the rep says the first batch of cards go out tomorrow, and she put in my request..says give it 2 weeks. Didnt say anything about this at all, actually put me on hold for a minute to process my request of the new card with chip and pin

on a side note...the rep said they are sending the cards in "batches"...so, the first group or batch goes out tomorrow, some are random, some are requested...but they are most defininately replacing the cards.
Oh I forgot to say that I received my credit card pin two days ago and I received the following letter yesterday.

I think nyancat means they're chip and signature now, albeit with a PIN for kiosks.
