NFCU Credit Score Model?

I just got the mailer from when I applied for a car loan - they pulled EQ. Now here is whats interesting...

My EQ FICO score from here is 649

The dealer pulled my credit as well, my auto enhanced FICO score was 650.

Navy Federal is reporting my score as 679.

I wonder what model they use? Does anyone know?

This probabaly explains why they're so liberal with credit. I know my credit isn't totally horrible, and I haven't missed a payment since my 'new' accounts started back in 2011... but I don't think its 679 good. Not that 679 is great by any means.

FICO 04 from what I've seen posted in previous threads.

Keep both your credit and your body in top shape!

As always it's not just about score.  Different creditors have different approval and qualifying critieria.  Different creditors can be willing to extend different amounts of credit even for the same credit profile and score.

Re: NFCU Credit Score Model?

The same happened to me but for me they pulled TU for CC. Here it showed my TU 649 and when I got the letter from NFCU it was a 676. It had a different scoring range then the ficos that are used today so I found a post on here with the different scoring types and for me they pulled TU98.
