NFCU Flagship APR

I just received the following message letting me know of my approval and my APR.  It says I'm "Prime Plus" at 11.74% (1.75% above their best rate of 9.99%).  What is their max APR and how many steps above their best APR am I?  (Im thinking Im one step removed from their best rates.

I have the same rate as you on my Cash Reward card.

By the way looking at your cell signal, were you in an underground bomb shelter or something ?? lol

When I have 1 bar on 3G, safari barely pulls anything but then again you're on wifi.

Got it. Guess I didn't read the message correctly. Btw, what's the highest ICL y'all seen from nfcu? Where do their CL cap?

I applied on the phone and EQ was 662. I have a thread on here with all scores and CR info.
