Re: NFCU - Kind of Nervous...

Congrats on the increase. I wouldn't give it any more thought. Enjoy your new limit.

I recently took advantage of the 0% balance transfer offer with NFCU cards. My credit limit was recently raised to $7k during a request for an increase which was an automatic approval. After seeing it post and considering my utilization, I hit the CLI button again in an effort to be as far away from my credit limit as possible. I went from $7k to $10k. It also was an automatic approval. I keep logging back in to see if they changed their mind, but so far so good. Just nervous about having hitting that love button again.

Think I should call and explain, or just let it be? They did auto approve it after all, but I don't want to suffer any AA.

I don't know you BUT I COULD KISS YOU for posting this. I got a CLI a week ago from 1k to 3k. After I read your post, I thought "what the heck" and hit the luv button again. Got auto approved for 8k! Time for some BT action.

God bless you  ((((hugs)))))

Re: NFCU - Kind of Nervous...

Congrats on the ClI! No need to call in my opinion... they must have already pre approved you for the increase based on payment history and income. My husband went from 2.5k to 12k in 6 months. Via cli requests which were automatic approval.. no adverse effects so far.
