To break this down:
Income $67k.
I do not have any CC debt. Just secured debts, house ($1373 per mo), truck ($252.75 per mo), boat ($189 per mo). That is it to put it in prospective.
The good news is my certificate with them is fully funded as of today. I put a personal check in my account from another bank to take advantage of their 5% APY 12 month certificate. In deposit accounts with them I have about $8,000. I am hoping the underwriter sees this as my direct deposit is showing pending now too so that will tell them I use DD which I know they look at as a small factor.
