NFCU NavChek

I just joined NFCU last Friday and got the Flagship Rewards Signature $15k limit.  Today I applied for the Overlimit line of credit, which from what I read on here is "NavChek"  with a max of $15k.  They gave me a message stating that my application is received.

 

Does anyone know if they will counter offer if I am not good for the $15k max?
