I am real curious to find out your results......your scores are similar to mine, and I have been " toying" around with applying for a NFCU go rewards visa, especially since I have read they pull TU.....let us know which CRA is used for the decision......

Be careful. NFCU normally does pull EQ, but sometimes do pull TU. Everything from CC approvals, CLI requests have been EQ for me. Only time I got a TU pull was for my auto loan.

Uggghhh.....this is crazy!! I need an auto loan, too. If that was/is a TU pull, I will apply for that first......I applied for Navcheck, in November, & was denied......I am going to call in the morning, and see what the reps tell me.......

I think there is, just very limited staffing. The last time I called, the CSR said they are open 24/7, even folks in the credit dept. But I think sometimes the holdup on overnight decisions is when the app gets escalated to someone up higher for an approval. And that person(s) works normal business hours.

That's correct, I asked them before. They have credit card staff available 24/7, but the group that makes all lending decisions is the lending commitee, and they're not there all the time. Last time I was trying to find out what's going on they told me the specific person handling my application worked like 7am-3:30pm, but that most people are there during normal business hours (i.e. 8-5).

so, i got denied for the NFCU cash rewards CC!!! they pulled EQ....not TU....bummer!!! I have to get the score up, the 0% transfer is BACK!!!!!
