NFCU Platinum Cash Back Offer

I received in the mail yesterday an offer of $15 if I pay 3 bills via the credit card. It is for the month of October only

I have the same card but I haven't received this email?

Do you not use this card? Do you currently have a balance?

Perhaps they are attempting to get you to use it?

yes I use it.. just balance transferred 4k to it before paying off $350 balance
