Does the NFCU Visa Signature cashRewards report the Credit Limit with the CRAs or does it show as $0 Limit because it's a Visa Signature?

All of NFCU Visa Sigs report the CL. The only lender that doesn't report from my experience in BOA on their Visa Sig
