Re: NFCU nRewards App ?

I got the message from NFCU that they added DH as Joint owner to my ckng/savings but when I went to have him apply for his own nrewards cards, I am not seeing anywhere where it as for his SS# or for us to pick which one us is applying, and since last lesson, I stopped clicking the next button not sure how far to go!! Please tell me at some point they would ask during the application process for which account holder it is for.

or is is possible he is added in the system but it has not fully updated for him to apply for his own cc yet?

I dont want to risk entering his info and keep clicking next and it process as me! LOL the next button scares me now LOL!!

Does you husband have his own member #? If so he has to sign in to his own NFCU account to apply.

I had sent in the joint membership form but we forgot to sign the tax cert at the bottom, then I got the membership form and filled it out and sent via SM, they said they would up the information but becuase the tax cert on the other one had not been signed and returned he wasnt on the accounts. So I got them signed and sent in via SM and got notice back that he was added as Joint Owner on my accounts.

I didnt think he would be added if he wasnt a member. On the joint owner form I checked Joint online acess, but I bet your correct, he has to be issued his own membership number. That will probally come in the mail to him?

If they gave him a member number he should be able to get it online. He just puts his info.

I added my brother to my Flagship as a AU and at the time he wasnt a member. I had him join thru me later on tho

Im not sure about this but him being joint to your NFCU checking doesnt making a member. He need to apply for membership just like you did.

Ok I just spoke to a Rep ( gosh they are sooo nice!!)

He is Joint, He is a member and she was nice enough to give me his Access Number etc so now he is all set!!

Soooo glad I didnt follow through my clicking them buttons!!

So I got him all set up, logged in etc, click apply for CC and it said he cant becuase he is not the primary on the share account. SOOOO setting him up his own savings account! So the benfit of him being joint is ? LOL!!!

all I know is NFCU is worth it otherwise he was ready to toss in the towel days ago with it all!!
