NFCU recon SL?

My DW was approved for a Flagship VS with $6,900, she also has a Nrewards with 2k.... Her scores are 769 EQ, 783 EX, TU 774 all Fico8, and her highest limit to date is CSP at 40,500.

Has anyone had any recent success reconing their SL? Even I started with 13,300 when my scores were around 670-680..
