about to pull the trigger and app for my NFCU CC.(OMG) I just wanted to get everyone's input on what there score was at app time and what CL they got with said score at initial approval?? thanks ya'll
638 Visa cash rewards 3k limit.Increased to 9.5k after 1 year at a 652.
628 EQ, Visa NRewards @ $4k. Just was granted a credit limit increase to $5k with the score you see below.
I believe income is a huge factor also...
Last year, my EQ FICO was between 650 and 675 when I apped w/Navy. They only gave me $2k, while others here with similar scores got much higher CLs. Navy told me that they use an algorithm to determine approval and CLs, so it's much more than your FICO that decided your CL. Also, they definitely give preference to people who bank with them as opposed to just getting a CC w/them.
Cash Rewards $5K with EQ 634
Flagship Visa Signature $5K with EQ 676
I got 5k with 665 eq. wife 2k with 645eq. we just bough our home so our uti is high at this moment, but they didnt flinch. my father 705 eq with no revolving debt history reporting, and no open installment debt 14k. so go figure.
are you going to app?

My TU was 743 but my EQ at the time was about 680 because I had an inaccurate collection. I let NFCU know that I was currently disputing my EQ and that my TU was a more accurate picture. They pulled TU again after pulling EQ for my credit card app. I was approved for 9,000 with 10.65% apr. I think my AAOA was 2 years with about $50,000 in student loans (deferred) reporting. Income only 40,000 a year.
585 EQ 3k cashrewards and 2.5K navcheck
