How long did it take for your approved NFCU cc to report on your credit report? Did it impact it significantly?

Theydidn't report for several weeks for me. I was approved at beginning of Nov and it didn't start reporting till the end of themonth. However, they report monthly like clockwork a day after the stmt date.

Impossible to predict. If you're tracking our AAOA, that might give you an idea. If a new acct drops your AAOA to a lower year - like from 4 yrs to 3 yrs, then a FICO drop islikely. But even without the aaoa drop, your FICO can still drop from a new acct. Some of my new accts have had drops and some haven't. I haven't recognized any pattern at this point, besides the AAOA factor.

Tracking! I well just wait it out! Thought I could gather some type of rhyme or reason but Ill leave that to the FICO warlords!

Mine reported after they cut the first statement which was 2-3 weeks. You can message them and ask them your statement date..I did. I don't recall a significant drop in score but I know there was not a gain either. The Walmart card I was approved for a few days ago reported already and I took a 9 point loss.

I was approved on 8/30, got my card on 9/7 and it hit my reports on 9/13. It also showed as a good tradeline for the month of Auguest which I did not expect.

To answer your second question, I saw a bump of about 12-15 points due primarily to improved utilization.
