I saw that NFCU is offering the 0% if I apply will this be a HP or SP if I have accounts already?

If you are transferring a balance onto an existing NFCU account then I wouldn't think they'd pull your credit.  

If you are apping for a new NFCU card to transfer onto then you'll get a HP.   

Of course this is NFCU, they are very pull happy, so there's always the possiblity.....

Thank you I was not sure I could just transfer the balance I thought I had to apply for a new card

For transferring the balance, you do not have to open a new card, as long as the balance is with another financial institution.
