Yep... "

Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai"

I see it at $68 on booking.com for 6/20->6/21, or AED 180 on the actual site ($49 USD)

Don't know your dates, so can't tell you when it'll be cheaper

Gotcha. I've been able to find round trip tickets as low as 640 bucks, so just trying to figure out if there's a better alternative

I presume the $640 includes the seat that doesn't recline? In other words, you will be sitting up for... how many hours?

I don't know if you've made such a long international flight, but if you have the points to get a sleeper seat, it makes the flight quite enjoyable, not so much a chore Smiley Happy

Re: NYC to Dubai Using Points

Yeah. I'd never fly more than ~4hrs in a itty bitty coach seat. To be fair though...economy seats on A380, 747 tend to be a little wider, have more pitch than the average 737, A319/21 seats.

Re: NYC to Dubai Using Points

Even in the a380 economy can be quite uncomfortable if you are tall. I had seats with extra leg room, but the lack of recline made it uncomfortable for me. Jfk dubai wasn't the most comfortable trip in the world.
