National City Closed my new account

I am sooo mad! The opened it and then closed it after I made 1 charge. They sent me a letter to provide the nearest branch with documentation... or go to my bank and have them call for me... I would be happy to oblige but I have five kids so I havent had a chance so today I get my first statemnt and it says closed...they are only asking for a 12.00 payment but it says credit limit 2k, avialable zero.... I am soooo mad right now!

Has this happened to anyone eles?

Why did the close it how long did you have the account.

What sort of documentation are they asking for?

I had it for two weeks.. they are asking for ID, current bill, w-2, ect.   I would be happy to send it to them but they want me to come to thier branch or have my banker call them??? What info above could my banker give them?
