NavCheck $10K line finally reported on EQ, but my score didn't budge. I would have thought the change in UTIL would have been worth at least a few points???

Sorry dumb question alert... What is Navcheck? I have navy federal credit union but don't see the product listed.

It is an overdraft line of credit that you can open that reports to the CRA as revolving credit. You have the option of being issued checks that you can write against the account as well (IIRC). It should be under account services when you log in. You can get up to $15,000.
OP: No idea. You might get a couple negative points as well for opening a new account, depending on your credit report. I know I just lost a few points for opening some new cards, but expect that it will bounce back.

I couldn't find any info on their website with regards to how high the APR goes up to, but it starts off at 13.9% APR.

Current interest rate is as low as 13.9% APR.**
