So my credit card from USA Fed was closed so I was forced to reapply for a Navy Fed cc.
I just applied for their Platinum Visa and a checking account w/ a $15,000 LOC overdraft.
Does anyone know what type of credit lines they give out on the cards? I hear they're high.

I thought that someone posted that they were going the convert the cards of members that joined through USA Fed? Do you know why yours was closed?
NFCU can be very generous with credit lines for their LOCs and their credit cards. How generous seems to be based on your credit profile and your income. If you've got low utilization, and solid credit history, you can expect to be very happy with what they deliver.
Edited because I was having "skips"
Why did they close your account and why do you have to reapply again. They sent me a replacement card for the USA Visa card. I asked CLI on it and they gave cli on that card. I am not sure whey closed your account? I would like to know.
I'm not sure what OC's exact situation is, but NFCU told me the original USA Fed CC trade line was closed and I got the situation fixed -- finally got my $15K nRewards Visa..
I have no idea why they did that.
Anyway, Navy is AMAZING! They are super friendly and have their stuff together.
I was approved for a $15,000 line of credit and it looks like the credit card also because they asked for tax returns. I don't know the limit on this yet, though.
Definitely was worth going through USA Fed to get into Navy!
