I've been watching these boards quite often, so I thought I'd contribute. My score from credit karma was around 620, but I've been decreasing my debt-to-income ratio and available debt ratio (just moved below 50%). Just applied for Discover (Equifax hard pull (HP)) and Navy Fed (Equifax hard pull (HP)). Discover wanted a joint appicant and Navy Federal approved 7K (wow).
Regards!

I appreciate it. Reading these boards pushed me to apply because I heard that NFCU has been fairly generous on their new accounts. I think for those of us who have had troubled credit in the past (i.e. bankruptcy from 2002), this is a god send. I won't ever mess with my credit or put it in danger again.

It was the nRewards card.

I applied last year once or twice and was denied. Both pulls were from Equifax.
What was your scores at the time and what card did you apply for?
