US Bank, Elan, and Citi are <b><u>NOT</u></b> bk friendly. Cap1 is BK friendly. If you have a PNC branch nearby, go to it with a minimum $250 (or more in $50 inc. upto 2.5K) deposit and app for their secured product. As long and you have no negatives with them, approval is virtually guaranteed. And the APR is 18%. Or go to your local credit union. After a year, BofA will usually approve post-BK but you may get better terms with credit union.
