I had heard 2 about people talking about they got a second screen and that was a chance to withdraw possibly and I kept thinking "YOU CRAZYIES... what you talking about! LOL"
I just applied and it goes to process instant and then it pops up "I agree to proceed and usually will have a decision in 1 hour or withdraw and exit button"
I hit cancel and it said withdrawing and cleared out...
I GET IT NOW! I'll update if that is a HP or not
