Ok. I took everyone's advice and accepted. The offer wasn't the same when I called back. I was originally offered a 3.9% balance transfer APR for the 1st 15 months which disappeared when I called back but no biggie. I currently have 2 balance transfer cards. One has 12 months of 0.00% left and the 15 months 0.00%. The 3.9% would have been redundant, ran concurrently and therefore useless.
